The {ARTIST}

Brittany Parker is a portrait, food and fashion photographer. She started HANLE PRODUCTIONS in 2007 originally as a portrait and wedding photography boutique but has expanded into more commercial based photography. She currently works as a photographer part-time, taking on select projects each year. During the rest of her time she works as a Holistic Health Coach. Brittany received her training at The Institute of Integrative Nutrition. Combing all of her interests of art, photography, food, and counseling is her ultimate career goal. She hopes to one day own her own therapy Ranch and CSA Farm that will encourage young adolescence and adults in healthy living and eating.

Keep posted on Brittany’s green living tips, organic recipes, emotional eating journey and farm initiative on her blog Wildheart Farm, here!

Brittany is available for portrait sessions and a few select commercial projects each year. Please email Brittany if you are interested in scheduling a portrait session.

“Photography is a way of feeling, of touching, of loving. What you have caught on film is captured forever…it remembers little things, long after you have forgotten everything.”

The {name} hanle

A lot of people ask me, “What’s with the name?”

The name hanle was created late one night back in 2004, the house was quiet and Brittany was asleep (I know this sounds cheesy- oh well I like cheese). The name came to her in a dream, like all her creative ideas. Her dear Papa Hanson had just passed away and shortly after Grandpa Le Gare passed away as well. She loved them dearly and wanted to remember them always. Papa Hanson inspired Brittany’s love for photography, giving her his old film camera and showing her how it worked, he was a photographer and an artist at heart…always dinking around in the dark room and filming the grandkids. This is how the name was born…
